Who We Are
The Dagbeneva Establishment is a Ghanaian NGO rooted in our communities. We work alongside chiefs, assembly members, and local leaders to deliver programmes that meet real needs—from school feeding to borehole drilling and vocational training.
We believe that lasting change starts from within. By partnering with traditional authorities, district assemblies, and community-based organisations, we ensure our programmes are culturally appropriate, sustainable, and truly owned by the people we serve.
Our Purpose
To empower underserved communities across Ghana with education, clean water, food security, and skills for sustainable livelihoods.
A Ghana where every community has access to education, clean water, nutritious food, and the opportunity to thrive—free from poverty and preventable disease.
We envision a nation where rural and urban communities alike can build sustainable livelihoods, where children attend school well-fed, and where families have the dignity and resources to shape their own futures.
Our Story
The Dagbeneva Establishment was born from a simple belief: that every Ghanaian community has the potential to thrive when given the right support. We started by listening to chiefs, elders, and families—understanding what they needed most.
Today, we operate across multiple regions, delivering programmes that address hunger, water scarcity, and educational gaps. From school feeding in the North to borehole drilling in rural villages, we work hand-in-hand with local leaders to create lasting change.
We are not outsiders imposing solutions. We are partners with communities who know their needs best—and we are committed to walking alongside them.
